If Lambert leaves then I expect the following will be favourites in this order:
1. Culverhouse and Karsa were together at a few clubs and they were already at Wycombe before Lambert became the manager of Wycombe.
Therefore, if Lambert does a runner from Norwich then I wouldn't be so sure that they will follow him if Culverhouse was offered the job as manager of Norwich. Many accounts say that Culverhouse does most of the work that Lambert gets the credit for.
2. Chris Houghton has a lot of Premiership experience and has done well in management. Traditionally, the Spurs way of playing good passing football is much like the reputation Norwich have of playing. He seems quite likeable.
3. There is a roooomer doing the rounds that Mark Robins is to return to Norwich to manage a new under 21 team. He has a reputation of being tough and not being close to players (a bit like Lambert).
4. Ian Holloway is a top bloke and his teams go out to win games. He would work very hard and give 100%, but the problem is that he signs lots and lots of cheap players before he finds one that is good enough. For it to work out, he would need Gerry Francis (currently employed by Stoke) to join him at Norwich as DoF.
5. I am guessing that Steve Bruce would probably want to spend huge amounts of money and the perception might be that he thinks he's bigger than Norwich City.
