Indeed! He wont go to Villa though

He's pretty much got full control here and I think he genuinely enjoys it. Reckon he knows he's still learning too. All he's really missing is huge wodges of cash to match his ambition. We'll not keep him forever; but I think we'll get another season or two out if him.
