If they continue to do or say nothing else have blind faith in the guy, then we don't need them either-businesses do not, and should not, tolerate failure, they have been presiding over it for well over a year now, glorifying in their "we're nice little Norwich" roles.
You sometimes need to be big and think big to succeed. Yes, Worthy has done well with this club, no question. But his time is up. If he wants a career in the game after Norwich, he'll get one, but his stock is falling now, does he want to see it continue to do so?
Do we need to be seen as a soft touch that likes its day in the sun every decade or so, but is more comfy pootling along "being little Norwich-ahhhhh" (the boards preferred side, I feel) or so we seriously and actually want to be successful, or, at least strive to be so, rather than fobbing off people by pretending to follow Charlton'e example, when that is no more relevant or believable than those so-called links (!) with Parma etc we were fobbed off with years ago?
The time for the people who have the power to decide is now. Which way?
