changing managers

is a tough decision for any board - the choice is like a balancing act - at what point does the instability you can cause do more good in the long term.
I have thought for a while that sacking your manger when you have no plan as to what to do next is not a great idea but these last two performances as well as the rest of this season would suggest that the balnce has tipped the other way
It's time for some hard decisions to be made
