I agree Steve but the bottom line is that had Holty been

playing in a top six team then he would've been cast iron for the 23 man squad. I accepted along time ago that he wouldn't be taken but to think that a donkey like Carroll is likely to have his place really p****s me off. It's not going to be easy to offer my support to England.
