That he'd be a success in my view.
Managing keen, ambitious, young / lower leagued players who hang on your every word is a hell of a lot different to managing a load of 'Johnny Big Bollocks' who have been in the Prem for years, maybe a bit complacent and with a fortune in the bank and earning ?50k a week.
