Get the club out of the Championship - Tick
Survive a season in the Premier League - Tick
Keep us there for 2-3 consecutive seasons - ?

If he achieves that then I think a Tottenham or an Everton would be looking at him as a seriously managerial candidate in the future should Harry or Moyes move on.
