Most latin countries don't really have much anti-black sentiment

Chile is probably the worst. Negro in Arg and Uruguay is just like saying "mate". Like I say, my special uruguayan friend calls me negrito all the time despite my pasty white flesh.
Agreed that perhaps they should do more to try and fit in in Europe, but I can see that it must be hard to change the habits of a lifetime
