I assume his track record of fantastic loan signings at Norwich secured him the place. Or his acquiring of players then publically stating they're not good enough.

Anyway, I don't suppose he'll be at Carrow Road Saturday? If so, perfect time for Lappin to finally score no?

As for Villa, they've a dream team of Roeder, Grant and McLeish (the only football I can think of who's never achieved anything that good, but has managed to take Rangers to 3rd)
