Just reading the history

I don't think Sel meant it as a premeditated personal insult, but more of a quick-wit response which after posting he realised it may be taken seriously.

People have different levels of tolerance with humour, that's why you won't see Shameless on BBC 1 at 9pm. Some joke about each other's mums, wives etc and know it's banter. Other people find it offensive.

Hope you can both agree that you just have different ideas of humour, respect that and move on. It's been a great season and we're going to beat the Villa next week to top it all off. Be the bigger man and put it behind you.
