know he'd be proud of me and although i'm not religeous in any way, like to think he knows what i'm doing, watching down on me maybe!

Just wish i was around more to help my mum/sister in the last couple of years of his life, felt pretty useless knowing they were struggling whilst i was over this way. Did what i could but its never enough. Just try to be patient with parents and give them as much time as you can afford!
