If they can get the CPO issue sorted out then it'll just go to developers

but I'd expect many bits of it to be sold as well (a mate of mine has an original Shed turnstile as his phone table at home) - so all seats, probably bricks as well will be sold - I'll want a piece of the original shed wall, for example.

The price of the real-estate and land round there probably means it's not too far from self-funding
