Basically need a whole new defence due to injuries and insufficient quality. Then there's the issue of finding a quality CDM and decent back up strikers.
If Blackburn and Bolton go down then that's two teams leaving the prem who don't have spending power, along with Wolves who have a hard on for half empty stands.
Replace those three with Reading (being taken over by a billionaire), Southampton (have wealthy backers) and then possibly West Ham (happy to spunk cash up the wall) or Blackpool (had one years prem money and parachute payments) then it's going to be tough.
