Harry is tactically inept. He's not even good at spotting talent....

he uses a "if I buy enough players I'm sure to find a gem eventually" policy that was very evident at Portsmouth who had a squad of just shy of 60 players. I'm not sure he could spot talent if it bit him in the arse.
But he's a good motivator - oh, wait - Steven Pinnar, he was s**t wasn't he. Moved back to Everton under a decent manager and wow, he looks like a world beater.

We might as well have appointed Arthur f**king Daley as to appoint Arry.
