Worthington is excellent with dealing with the board...

Rioch wasn't really but then again didn't have the ITV money that Worthy had at first which did help him for sure. Although Worthington doesn't win as much praise as he should do for his ability to produce a good run of results to get us somewhere from nowhere and in games to - coming from behind etc. I think Worthy is good at getting the best out of what's around him - well better than any other manager we had anyway.
