When Celtic signed Juninho from Middlesbrough

It turned out he had an EBT arrangement at Boro and his agent wanted it continued at Celtic. For a couple of months he did, but then the chairman Brian Quinn found out, immediately identified it as being very dodgy, stopped it and paid HMRC the outstanding avoided tax.

Hearts potentially have some problems, but the bigger deal is England where it is (or was) allegedly rife. Interesting times ahead.
