But when he says they have to look at 'the big picture', and more youngsters will be produced to cover the loss over the coming seasons...

Has he incorporated into his bigger picture that they will be paid f**k all for producing youngsters when the new youth system kicks in, and will probably have to produce 10 players to cover the ?1m loss?
