That Bennett thread on the Oinkun. Guy has a point.

There was no real effort to catch Tevez. Unlikely he'd have got anywhere near him but Ruddy did push him wide, as it was Bennett was only a couple of yards from the goal. Bit of a sprint he'd have had a chance to block the shot.

I'd be surprised if PL or the players haven't made that point.

I'm still very excited about him though, has the potential to be a very good player i think.
