now we have no (good) ideas, no team spirit and no luck (these three often go together). Then there was no pressure but this year we were one of the favourites and we can't handle it. The manager has built a career on being a 'plucky underdog' playing against the odds (he talked our chances last year down so much none of the players seemed to believe we belonged in the Prem), so any failures weren't his fault and he was under no pressure. He has no raedy-made excuses this year and he doesn't like it.
