the thing with Ashton...

is that (as Crewe fans pointed out when we bought him) he is better on the floor than in the air. Crewe played the ball on the ground which was great for him, but Worthy (being a negative long-ball mercahnt at heart) sees him as just a 'big' striker you can hoof balls at from the back.
