if we get rid of worthy without a replacement, things will just get worse. For me he has till the beginning of december to save his job; that way we can sound out potential replacements; if we are still doing crap then sack worthy and appoint quickly a good man who is available. That way the new man will have the best part of a month to assess the team and prepare new signings for january.
