Bad Day at the Office

Couldn't belive it last night when I turned on Teletext to see that we were 4 down to a team that was two divisions below us last season.

Much has been said about the injury crisis and from the earlier posts, it seem that some players were border line fit at best. Our crisis can partly be blamed on a squad that is simply too thin in numbers let alone quality. This goes back to Worthy's now traditional close season torpor.

I think we are looking at a season that will be a bit up and down in terms of results and we will end up around mid table come May. Its obvious that the squad is chronicly short of investment.
