There isn't more than one of either so you should just write "....he could lock horns with Bradley Johnson or Jonny Howson..."

A few days ago Dennis wrote "what the Bennetts and the Howsons are adding"

Do we have more than one Howson at the club? No!

Please learn how to write... and not be like Gareth "your Rooneys and your Crouchs" Southgate.
