The FA only need to ask one question

Will you promote English style football or will you try and force our players to adopt a continental style?

If he answers with English style then give him the job.

We will still get knocked out in the quarter finals but at least it will be exciting and won't have to watch John Terry trying to pretend he's comfortable with the ball at his feet.
