What amazing perm signings this year....

Ayala, Bennett, Pilks, Bennett (E), Bennett (R), Howson, Johnson.

Not a bad job was it ?

Johnson is probably the weakest of all the signings but still does a job in the right circumstances and has been very useful. Elly Benno has taken a while to bed in but let's hope the goal will spur him on - amazing performance vs Spurs. Shame about Ayala's injuries and as for Vaughan, well quite possibly could have been the best signing of the lot. Shame he is a flake really. I so hope he gets over his injury run before next season.

And yes we've been unlucky with Ayala's fitness, and Vaughan was a gamble, but then we also gambled on fitness when signing Pilks and Howson and look how those have worked out!

I am interested about what kind of player will be coming in to "give they lads a hand" in the summer though. Not position wise, but more what type and level of player.
