Why Lambert is so good . . .

He is potentially one of the best manager in the EPL, better certainly than Harry or that Swansea chap, because he reads the game so well.
After the game, 'Arry said playing 442 was too open and he didn't like it. So why not change it then? All he did was change the personnel, not the formation.
Rogers too, plays one way only, even when they are getting beaten.
Lambo on the other hand will change from 442 to 433 to the diamond or even three at the back in the same match to get a result.
He thinks about it and he is not scared to change it - that's why he's so good.
