Drury has been excellent defensively and very tidy going forward. Tierney isn't a patch on Drury defensively but is better going forward, but we aren't exactly struggling to create chances now, are we? Our back four looks far more solid with Drury in it (innit), which is what we have lacked most of the season more than anything. Our best month form wise (January) also coincided with the beginning of mad Marc's long absence from the team. I think Tierney will be the better option long term due to his drive, pace, crossing ability and potential longevity, but I feel we need to get a settled CB pairing and a good CDM to get the best out of his natural attacking abilities.
