should we be criticising the players?

Adams said that we played ok tonight. It seems to me that the problem is the tactics (playing stupid diamonds, ashton on the wing, left back in the centre of the field, striker on the right, left mid at left back etc). I'm not angry with a single player in our squad, just with the manager.

apart from doherty, who seems to have reverted to s**t status.
