From an old man

Q1.Now that the season is nearly over, has it met your expectations, exceeded them or fallen short of them?

A1. I'm used to winning leagues. Was disappointed last season we only came second. Shocking that we're not even close to the playoffs (or whatever they have in the prem) this time around.

Q2. Who have been your best players this season?

A2. The ones on the pitch. Lambert has shown the rest of the league what "it's a squad game these days" really means - whichever side he puts out does a job and so far it's gone somewhat OK.

Q3. Lambert seems to me to be a bit of an alchemist, getting players who weren?t stars at Premier League level to function as an effective team. Is this how you?d see him or is he too much of a ?tinkerman??

A3. He *does* get it wrong sometimes. But mostly he walks on water.

Q4 If ?Arry is appointed England manager, do you worry that Spurs might come calling for Lambert to replace him?

A4. Rodgers should get the Spuds job in that scenario

Q5. When I began preparing this preview at the beginning of April, I was surprised to see how low down the 6-game ?form table? City were. Do you think that Lambert?s taken them as far as he can or is there more to come from him and his management team?

A5. We've punched above our weight for several months. We're probably just "norming down" or whatever the term is. Either way we will be in the Prem next season - 17th place was good enough for me last August and it'll be good enough for me come May (though really we should be top, see A1)

Q6. Specifically, do you worry about ?second season syndrome? for next season?

A6. Only if Lambert leaves which I don't think he will. He's an expert at reinvention without revolution and I think he will do the same again. He will move on in time of course but I reckon we've got at least 3-4 more years of him at Norwich. I hope he stays for decades!

Q7. What team do you think he?ll put out against us and who should we watch out for?

A7. Norwich City, and you should watch out for the players in yellow.

Q8. You?ll have read in the media how popular our owners and manager are with many of the fans [NOT]; what do you think about the way our saga has developed?

A8. I think your fans are way harsh on Kean. He had to sell players over summer and get players who weren't as good in. So of course you've struggled this term. Duh, etcetera. You should look at Venkys. Hard.

Q9. Are there any of our players you fear will cause you problems [lol]?

A9. Hoilet

Q10. What do you think the final score will be, remembering the last 10 minutes of our game at Carrow Road earlier this season?

A10. 7-3, to the Norfolk boys.
