that appears to include
1. 5 more years of Worthy. Thats 4 million "situations" and 9 million "at this moment in times"
2. Sacrificing a season to be stronger the next. Which is complete crap as 5 year plans tend to go wrong whatever industry you are in.
3. The implications of this seasons failure could be massif. (central)
