Brilliant isn't it? And on s many levels. This is possibly my favourite bit though:

"In terms of clubs that I have looked at that have got to the Premier League and have stayed there, Stoke is a good model.

"I don't think we can directly compare ourselves with Chelsea or Arsenal yet in London, so Fulham is a benchmark in that it's very close."

So, that's the Stoke who stayed in the top flight in the first couple of seasons by building a fiercely competitive, unified team at relatively low cost? That Stoke?

To be fair though they have followed one aspect of the Stoke model: if it moves, kick it.
