I didn't know they banned touchdown celebrations

But then I'm a Cleveland Browns fan and we hardly ever score any anyway!

Anyway,I know there were fines handed out last year for unsportsmanlike celebrations,but a $10,000 dollar fine to these guys is just pocket change.
