Im not going to pretend to understand the ins and outs of the budget

But surely pensioners will get the best returns on their investments, if the economy is doing well and their investments have an opportunity to grow? So, if as is claimed, GlaxonsmithKline have chosen to open this new factory, creating 1000 jobs, based on yesterdays budget, Osbourne's decisions have been justified?

I'm probably talking a load of bulls**t I'll admit...
