Yes, you are absolutely right and not for the first time The Apprentice has suffered at the hands of some shocking editing.

He was clealy going to fire the blonde and then for no reason... didn't.

Something was clearly said, which we weren't privvy to, edited out, continuity balls up.

Mess.
