Thie thing about Lambo is that he treats his players with respect,

even those he's intending to move on. The only exception I can think of is Askou. But players like Gill and Nelson, they love Lambo for treating them like good pro's.

I think Ward's another one - not PL standard, so will probably be shipped out. Having said that, I don't think Ayala or Martin are PL standard either. Zak possibly is, but then again, he is playing for a new contract. OK, so I'm a cynic.
