Nope wasn't having a pop. It's prob just me but I just find it extraordinary that a

7 year old would want or need anything like that but then I'm from the Scandinavian school of "kids should be playing outside till 8 or 9 then getting into education"
I have no idea which "tablet" would be suitable though as I've never seen one in my life.
