no, not really......

still caring healthcare professionals doing the best they can, and measured on their own success. Dependant on sensible and culpriple management. Rewarded on success, not guaranteed government handout year after year, higher rewards but higher risk. Seems pretty fair to me and so far doing an excellent job.
