I was at a 50th birthday party once

Everyone thought he was faking it and laughed, then realised he wasn't and panicked

Took 20 mins for the ambulance to arrive (central London, traffic jams). They whacked a clot buster in and he survived. Quadruple bypass and x years later he's right as rain (except he had a messy divorce and a tidy blonde half his age).
