Bloke I used to work with

told me that one time he was being pestered by this girl he wasn't interested in, so he pulled the "I've got a girlfriend" convenience but she persisted. She told him that she'd heard he sometimes hit his girlfriend, and that this was, to her, incredibly exciting, him being a bodybuilder and that. He denied ever hitting any woman, I should add.
