Yes. The reason he gave was that, as one of the favourites to go down, we couldn't afford

to take a chance on a foreign player that may take longer to settle in than most.

I know it's a leap, but maybe Bennett (R) is one of those types of signings.

Either that or they are just horrendously unfit at Posh.
