Got to love Ryanair and their unflinching ability to shaft their customers.

Just booked two flights. Advertised total price was ?114. By the time I got to the point of paying it had become ?272. I'd love to read their customer charter.

Father in law missed his sisters funeral the other week as he didn't have a printer, and couldn't afford the ?60 each way charge for them to print off a ticket.
