Yeah, medically stable is just that, isn't it.

Trouble is, 'stable' gives the impression he's sat up with a cup of tea, waiting for MOTD to start.

Not wanting to harp on about it, but after having spent a good three weeks in Critical Care with my Dad in a 'stable' condition, gives you a perspective (not to mention nightmares) about such places. But the calm professionalism shown at all times by all staff, it'd make you wonder what all the fuss is about.

Come on Fabrice, pull through please.
