It's absolutely tragic to be honest

and is a hell of a lesson learnt.

There's whole housing estates - almost whole new towns - just sat their complete, but absolutely deserted and never lived in. There's one in my Dad's home town and it so depressing - these magnificent large houses built by greedy developers, thinking everyone from Europe was going to migrate to the Isle. Hard to see how they can turn it round now.
