It is perfectly natural to be frustrated when we're below par

and, of course, you can't always trot out the argument about 'how far we've come'. It's perfectly natural to let off steam.

What I can't abide though is posts that reek of an actual anger with the team; like they've let us down, like we should be pissed off with them or Lambert for not maintaining the highest standards at all times.

Players and teams have dips because they are not robots and while I would like them to win every bloody game, I don't expect them to and I'm able to put days like yesterday in context almost immediately.

Not because I don't care but because I have enough trust and faith stored up in the players and staff right now to accept days like yesterday without needing to lash out.

Yesterday was s**t - who couldn't agree with that? But I really don't need to find people to blame for it and simply presumimg that we will win games against certain teams is ridiculous.
