Play your strongest XI. It's then up to the players not in the strongest XI to step up to the plate to be part of it, not just "wait their turn" again.

Get a good starting XI-team and formation. Stick with it-8 league games less this season for a start.

Not enjoying the rumours from the, it seems, dozens of people who seem to have intimate knowledge about what is happening at the club-what do they all do, put in invisibiity cloaks and stalk the corridors of Colney? FFS. Pack it in. You don't know, you don't have a friend "who works at the club" and if you did, he/she is hardly likely to know either.

Nothing worse than a statement that starts, "I have it on good authority...."!
