Any help appreciated,

My son had problems with the left mouse button, my missus phoned samsung and the lady got her to do some sort of f4 reset?

Its been sent away and the mouse is fine yet IE9 or Google crome both don't work!!, Ie9 loads ok and the homepage come up ok yet as soon as I go for a webpage it half loads then I get a box up saying IE has stopped working. Chrome loads yet I get no words

Samsung say we need to send it away again yet if the Wroth can sort it I'd be well chuffed
