I'm not really sure what 'tips' I can give the guy lol

Like he said, he is a member, call up on the day they go on sale to members. Its not like there is a secret tip, that if you call up, press 3, 1, 9, #, 2, then you automatically jump to the front of the queue :S

I admit this probably sounds quite c**tish...Sorry!
