likelihood of getting a couple tickets for liv or villa

apologies for niaive question, but be grateful if anyone could let me know how likely it'd be to be able to phone up and get a couple tickets for either of these games. I am a member and would like to try to get to a game before the end of the season but live outside of Norfolk. Plan was just to phone on the day they go on sale to members - will I be ok? Any tips?
