Oh and....

if you are looking at a battlefield tour go with this guy User Posted Link he has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the war and will tailor a tour (if you had any family who fought in Flanders he'll take you there)

and if you want a decent but cheap steak there's a little restaurant next to the church of st anne (5 mins from the Market) that does soup and steak for 12 euros and it's better than the 30 euro ones on the market square.

Avoid this place User Posted Link overpriced food, poor service and for Belgians they don't treat their beer well
