No, and it won't get it either, unless you jailbreak it (if you even can on an iPad)

I'm presuming you can becuase it's all iOS like the foon.

With the iPad you're waiting for sites like Canaries World etc to render their videos with HTML5, or something. Because Flash is dying, but slowly. Don't hold your breath waiting for this.
